Are all Sole-Unlimited products authentic?
Yes, all of our merchandise is guaranteed authentic. All of our product undergoes a check for authenticity, and we do not buy, sell, or otherwise deal with anything less than completely genuine items.

Does Sole-Unlimited use stock photos?
No. All of our product is photographed on-site by our in-house photographer. What you see in the photos is precisely what you will be receiving. Though elements such as lighting and your own display device can subtly affect the look of an item, we do our best to accurately represent the color and appearance of our product.
In the case of pre-owned shoes, the photos will be of the exact pair that you are buying, so you will be able to see their condition for yourself.

Does Sole-Unlimited sell used shoes?

Yes. We are proud to offer a wide range of pre-owned shoes. These shoes will never be sold to you as new product. Any merchandise which is anything other than brand new, retail quality will be clearly marked as such. We strive to offer a detailed condition review for each pair of our pre-owned shoes. There is an item I want, but it isn’t listed in my size. Do you have other sizes available?

Our entire available inventory is listed for sale. If you do not see your size listed, that means that we do not have it in stock. However, we restock our inventory frequently, so be sure to keep tabs on your item to see if we have received it in your size. You are also welcomed to e-mail us with your size request- we will take your interest into consideration when ordering new stock, and may be able to recommend a similar style that is available in your size.

How soon after purchase will I receive my item?

We strive to ship your package as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day will likely ship out on the same day. Otherwise, we will ship on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number for your package which will estimate its arrival time. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. For more information, please see our shipping policies page.

What payment options do I have?

We accept payment via PayPal and Amazon Checkout. These services allow us to handle your transaction conveniently and securely.

Is Sole-Unlimited responsible for typographical errors?

We do our best to ensure that all information presented in our store is accurate. However, in the rare case that there is a mistake with price, style code, size, description, or other information, we are not liable to honor the incorrect information. In the event of an error, we offer our apologies and will make efforts to reconcile the issue at our discretion. If you have any concern about the accuracy of an item’s description, please contact us and we will confirm or fix the listing promptly.

Does Sole-Unlimited offer a warranty?

All items sold on Sole-Unlimited are provided “as-is”. We guarantee that our merchandise will be shipped to you in the condition that was described in the item’s listing, but cannot accept responsibility for any damage done to merchandise through use or wear. After purchase, any issue with Sole-Unlimited product is the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive an item and have an issue with it or feel it was not as described, please contact us prior to using or wearing the item.
